FAQ
ART,SIMPLY
A few things to know before finding your piece.
How do I buy an artwork?
Send us a message about the artwork you like. We’ll answer your questions, then send you an order summary with the total price, shipping included. Once payment is received, the artwork is on its way.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer. Our bank details are on your order summary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the artwork’s size and the destination. It’s shown on the artwork page or given on request, and the final amount is always on your order summary, before you pay. No surprises.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer.
How long does delivery take?
The artwork is shipped within 5 working days of payment, tracked and insured. As a guide, delivery takes 3–7 working days in France, 5–15 in the EU and 10–30 worldwide. The exact delivery time is on your order summary.
Are the artworks framed?
Each artwork is sold exactly as shown in the photos. If it’s framed in the pictures, it comes framed. If not, it doesn’t. The artwork page always says which.
Can I see an artwork in person?
Not at the moment, as Fernand is online only. But we’re happy to send you more photos of any artwork.
Can I return an artwork?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Just let us know by email and send the artwork back in its original condition, with its certificate of authenticity. All the details are in our terms of sale.
